Jimmy's Chimichurri Red Spicy
The genuine Argentine condiment, strong and spicy. A blend of Jalapeño Grapeseed Oil, vinegar, ground chili, sweet red peppers, oregano, and assorted spices.
It is ideal for seasoning grilled red meats, fish, pork, lamb, etc.
Suggestion: season rib cap roast with salt and marinate with Chimichurri Red Spicy, wrap the meat with aluminum foil and leave in the refrigerator for a whole day. Cook in a roasting pan with some water at medium heat for approximately 4 hours, add a bit of water to the roasting pan every once in a while.
