La Cocina del Vino our brand of extensive line of products that has been created to season dishes made for those who love fine cooking. Made up of varietal wine Vinegars, Infused Grapeseed Oils, Dips, Chocolates Sauces, Spices and Dressings. While we focus on the gourmet public in search of new culinary experiences, we inevitably had to include special containers in our professional line.
The Wine Vinegars have been combined with natural fruit juices and mild spices.
The Grapeseed Oil, versatile and delicious, is the natural base used to emulsify the differently flavored varieties, using aromatic herbs and seasonings.
The Dippers are a combination of oils infused with spices, seeds, herbs or fruits from different regions.
We have created two types of Chimichurri, spicy and mild. It is the traditional Argentine condiment produced with traditional methods and delicious for seasoning meats.
We have created three types of Sesame Seed-Based Condiments with the flavors of three spices of Mexican, Indian and Japanese origin.
The Chocolate Sauces combine fruits, herbs, liquors, wines, champagne and the scents of assorted essences.

El fruto de la vid ha inspirado a La Cocina del Vino para crear toda su línea de productos, compuesta por Vinagres de Vinos Varietales, Aceites de Uva, Dips, Chimichurris Salsas dulces y saladas, Condimentos.
Los Vinagres de Vino han sido combinados con jugos de frutas naturales y especias suaves.
El Aceite de Uva, versátil y delicioso, es la base natural utilizada para emulsionar las diferentes variedades de sabores, utilizando hierbas aromáticas y condimentos.
Los Dips, son la combinación de aceites infusionados con especias, semillas, hierbas o frutos de diferentes regiones.
Hemos logrado con las dos variantes de Chimichurris, picante y suave obtener el aderezo tradicional argentino más artesanal y delicioso para condimentar las carnes.
Creamos tres variantes de condimento a base de sésamos con los sabores a tres especias identificables con condimentos de Asia, India y América.
Las Salsas de Chocolates combinan frutas, hierbas, licores, vinos, champagne y los perfumes de variadas esencias.
Nuestro objetivo es transmitir la magia de los sabores.
