Balsamic Merlot Vinegar
We created this variety with vinegar made with Merlot wine. More than four years of fermentation in barrels bestow it with a noble aroma and a deep flavor.
Use it for seasoning carpaccios, stews, soups and sautéed dishes.
Suggestion: prepare a vinaigrette with one spoonful of Balsamic Merlot Vinegar, salt according to taste, two spoonfuls of Jalapeño Grapeseed Oil, one spoonful of mayonnaise, half a spoonful of Dijon mustard. To dress a boiled French bean, hard-boiled egg and red onion salad.
